I had several experiences with lucid dreaming and astral projection, it's is easily the most terrifying thing you will ever do, one moment you're asleep then the next moment you're awake looking at your sleeping body sleeping...while doing this you can go anywhere you want, but it's not enjoyable, the shear thought of walking while sleeping is terrifying, If you're a very spiritual person, you may belive that while doing this, evil entities from hell are able to take your body whiloe doing astral projection, do it at your own risk
