wanted to let you know something that just recently happened. I was excited over this.

Sorry, but this isn't the place for any old exciting thing that has recently happened (Unless that something is pony-related).

In terms of fanfics, I can personally recommend Fallout: Equestria for those of you who are interested in grimdark fanfics about post-apocalyptic ponyland and who like their stories to have a copious amount of blood, sex and violence. Also guns, mutants, mist that fuses electronics to skin, flesh-eating bacteria, and radios that cause blood to leak out of every orifice. It's pretty crazy. I should warn you that this fic is unfathomably long, with a word count of 607,282 split up over 45 chapters (Not including prologue and epilogue). If you're going to read it, you'd better be ready for the long haul.

I can't speak for its sequel Fallout: Equestria: Project Horizons, which I haven't read, but if it's anything like the first one it's going to be good (And full of mind-curdling horror). I should note that Project Horizons is even LONGER, with a word count of 1,089,707 over 54 chapters at the time of this writing.
