The only way to really get a true cheap gaming computer is to make it.

It's not as hard as it sounds.

I would tell you where to get the parts but I live in the states. :(

Here is a playlist; a course that has 25 videos and tells you everything you need to know.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NNbEBARu ... A086BA6AAF

This guy is good, he knows how to do everything.

Edit:

If you decide to watch these videos and have any questions, post back here or make a new thread and i'll answer any questions you have.

I've been making computers for more than 10 years.

Well, I'l look for one to buy first, 'cause i can't be bothered to make one *-*

(I have a lot of money, so i can carelessly buy one for around £1000)

Whatever you end up choosing post it here before buying it and I'll tell you how good it is.

Another edit: Generally these are what you are going to look for in a gaming computer:

CPU: Quad-core CPU eg: i5 or i7 / amd a10 or amd fx 6/8 core
graphics: Geforce gtx 500 or higher OR a radeon HD 7000 or higher
RAM: 4 or 8 GB DDR3 (any higher is really overkill unless you are doing more than playing games)
Hard drive: Solid State Drive for your main drive and possibly a second Hard Disk Drive to hold music/videos

Pros of laptop / desktop.

DESKTOP

-upgradeable
-more reliable
-ridiculously easier to fix
-cost less

LAPTOP
-mobile
-compact
-don't have to buy a monitor or keyboard
