New DBZ movie coming out this year in March. I'm excited!

So, apparently Akira Toriyamma is back in action and making a new DBZ movie after over ten years (not counting Goku and Friends because that one sucked). Not only that, but this movie will take place 10 years, at least, after Kid Buu was defeated (and right before GT) and will, indeed, be canon to the story.
Not too big on the main antagonist's name, Bills, but his title sure makes up for it (God of Destruction). I am so frigging stoked to see it. Surprisingly, it's being funded by the Japanese Government, and supposedly will be the most funded Japanese animated movie ever. (Either $60,000 or $600,000. i can't remember which.)
This Bills guy is a God, as stated above, and is speculated to be higher ranked than even the Kais. Story seems to be that Goku is bored out of his mind since it's been forever since he's had a real, challenging opponent. And then Bills and Wiss (another character of which no one knows much about ATM) comes along. It seems that Bills will take down the Z Fighters and Goku in his Super Saiyan 3 form.
Needless to say, this looks like the best DBZ movie yet.
Also, not sure if completely official or just to promote sales to the magazine it was in:
Should be interesting to see a SSJ3 Gogeta if this is legit.
