Sleep Deprivation

I might as well say it here first, I've never told anybody about it before.

I've been awake for a week, with the help of generous amounts of caffeine. I leave almost every light in the house on every night. I see them during the day as well.

The SCPs. I think they've leaked from my mind into reality. Every time I attempt to fall asleep, I seem to encounter a different one, and immediately wake up, palms sweating, heart racing. Can't go into the basement without seeing a certain face :106: in the dark and sprinting back up stairs. I swear to you, I hear the sound of 106 in the back of my head when I walk around down there... that familiar drum pattern. Same with 173. When nobody's home, I feel movement on our floorboards and sometimes see something in the corner of my eye, but it disappears. Why does this happen? My heater starts up and stops, and it sounds EXACTLY like SCP-914 being activated. I don't dare play the latest containment breach. Too much. I've played it since its release, and other games (Amnesia, Slender, etc.) that are frightening to some. Had no lasting effects on me. But I know what I see and hear. These things prevent me from sleeping on most occasions, thanks to Containment Breach. I tell myself that they're not real. I know they're not real, but they're THERE.

So, I'm wondering where to go from here...

1. Stop drinking coffee

2. Take a hot shower

3. Go to bed

The way I see it, you have 5 options these options would be:
1. Go to bed.
2. Go to bed.
3. Go to bed.
4. Go to bed.
5. Go to bed.

Got to step 3, but no success.
Thinking of just watching movies for hours on end to distract my mind. Hopefully falling asleep in the process.
No more coffee, also. Literally, I'm out of coffee.

Dafuq is Cornholio?

Anyway...
How to get some sleep:
1. Stay away from high light levels (Computer, TV, Etc.)
2. Find something Entertaining (Clear your mind of any light imagery)
3. Drink Coffee or Something.
4. Get yourself into a Comfortable Position.
5. Fap.
6. Sleep.

Your logic, it is flawed.
