Anyway my advice in creating a world is to simply not think of what you want the world to be made but think of what way the others will want it to be made, of course you'd like to keep some people the same way they are because you both enjoy each others company you might also want to change or alter some habits but just think that isn't the same person you know.

I would create a world similar to Earth, except every bizarre monstrosity my imagination has ever spawned (collectively referred to by myself as the 'Magnificent Shambles') would exist and be under my power.

Anime is awesome, anyway I would do something similar.

I would probably have a universe with a planet for every single Video game, TV show, Comic Book, Film etc ever to exist, then everyone's happy!

Well, except if said thing has tons of planets like Star Wars or Ratchet and Clank, then they would need their own galaxies.
