I would make the planet torus shaped.
And ponies.

With more thought put into it, it would probably take quite a bit of effort to stop certain Planets from invading others, you just cant trust some races...

Actually, we can make the troll planet work. We'll just have to create a blockade around the entire world to prevent any and all interaction between them and decent people. That way all of the trolls are safely contained and they won't have the energy or coordination to resist imprisonment. Then all we need to do is wait for them to starve to death because they're too busy trolling each other to grow or hunt their own food.

Good idea, i was just going to blast the entire planet with a Laser.

Oh, well if the Death Star exists in this perfect universe, then that's a quicker and simpler solution.

Suffer not the troll to live, as the Imperium might say. (Ooh, come to think of it, an Exterminatus would do nicely in this situation)

I was thinking the Deplanetizer from Ratchet and Clank, but the Death Star works too. Or both at once.

Just build a micro dyson sphere around them to siphon energy from their planet.

Or get the Spaceballs to steal their atmosphere and let them suffocate to death.
