I cant make my own mind up (facepalm), to be fair though i am trying to choose one in over 80.

mine honestly would be this:

A room. with a desk. a comfortable chair, pure sugar, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Willy Wonka's "Nerds" on the table. oh, and i have a super fast computer

that's my world.

oh yeah and i wouldn't get cavities or get fat or sick. and the stuff is endless.

I want an universe, where we have starship troopers and fight the entire universe at the same time. I want to command huge space fleets into battle and revel in the destruction of aliens, claiming more and more territory for humanity. Then i shall reign supreme, and find ways to enter different universes to expand our empire, and discovering ways to destroy black holes, suns and galaxys.
After our power is established, all aliens left are to attend my speech, where i ask them "Who is your true god?" and the aliens say "You are, oh mighty god emperor of the universe". And i shall let them live as slaves for the glory of our race, as our reign holds supreme for all eternity. The aliens build monuments to our might and brilliance across every known universe, and then life itself has to acknowledge our supremacy over all there is.

Then i shall die, to be able to fight and defeat death and complete the human victory over existence. Then party hard.

I would make one similar to the current one. Different regions of the universe with different laws of physics would make extremely diverse life possible. In each galaxy I would create a utopian space traveling society and watch how they interact with other species and assimilate them into their federations and empires. Worlds for my favorite entertainment universes, and, a place for the SCP-iverse.
