In the upper left corner of the page is User Control Panel, click that and click profile, and then click edit avatar or edit signature.

That image is huge, change it as it's annoying to have to scroll past large images.

While that is somewhat a good signature.... You should probably scale it back a bit.... and by bit I mean, all of it.
