I havent known about this murder case before, and i now wish i never did. Two ten year olds? This has to be the most fucked up murder ive ever read about. Yes, imo he does deserve it.

Jail is too good for them, I would have sent them to solitary confinement. I don't care if they were only ten.

No one deserves to die.

Killing them would rather release them from this, it would be the worst option if you would like them to "suffer" for what they have done. They've got to live with the guilt of the murder they have committed for the rest of their live.

Which of the two had their face revealed? It really depends: from what I've read, Thompson was extremely indifferent and impassive during the trial while Venables was emotionally wrecked. Venables seems to have remorse for what he did (apparently he was quoted saying "Can you please tell them I'm sorry?" after the verdict).

If it was Thompson, however, he deserves it. He's obviously a sociopath and feels no guilt with what he did. Even though I have ambivalent feelings toward the death sentence, the fact that Thompson can have luxuries that some people don't even get (a bed, television, clothes, food) is infuriating.

I should send them to my gulag where they serve the motherland until their last breath. They will be beaten frequently and have feces thrown on them. In all seriousness, gulags are still in the siberian part of Russia. POWs and criminals are sent there to this very day. Prisoners of war being chechen rebels.
