I'm seeing colors and shit, hearing things that aren't there and my entire body aches. What should I do? I could have swore I saw a pony.

It's a
mild hallucinogen. The worst thing you'll get is some flashing colors and some other minor visual/auditory hallucinations, outside of that you're fine.
LSD on the other hand...
