My computer won't create a new folder

I don't know why it won't
I right-clicked, scrolled down to New >
But there wasn't an option to create a folder
Any help?

Of course you can make a folder in a folder. My shameful images are buried in a hundred TF2 directories.

There's a virus going around that does this. I think I got it once. Of course, I went on the internet and saw the solution. In your windows folder, there should be a folder called system32. DELETE THIS FOLDER IMMEDIATELY. This will purge the virus from your system and your computer will automatically get a new system32 folder.

Edit: I found a way around it without deleting a certain file
