I do agree that it can become annoying, but it's only because of people who feel like because someone mention one thing of MLP is "shoving it down their throats" and need to say that they don't want to be "smothered in ponies". It's not the fandom most of the time, it's the opposing side causing it on these forums.

The forums have been flooded with ponies since a long time. It is that it is brought up all the damn time. I mean, I don't care what show you watch, so don't go around mentioning it in every single thread.

There has been a lot of thread that turned into pony talk. I do not care what show you enjoy, just don't talk about it as if other people did as well.

The fact that they watch the show is okay. The thing that confuses me is why so many people OBSESS OVER IT TO WHERE THEY HAVE TO SMACK PEOPLE AROUND WITH IT, UNTIL THE WORLD IS COVERED WITH THEIR PONY [DATA EXPUNGED].

It's just because it is good. There is no need to insult a fandom which is flooded in this forum... It should remain, or the wars will begin here.

Thank you for missing the point I made.

From what I see Ponies are usually mentioned on different threads because of people complaining about them. You don't see a thread derailing with people talking about MLP, we have a thread for that, the threads that derail with ponies is when other people try to force in their opinion on why they hate ponies.

Oh, you're serious.

Both sides are to blame actually. The pony side, for putting it LITERALLY EVERYWHERE (even if it is small references a lot of the time), and the other side that doesn't like ponies for...... existing alongside the pony side (because that side would get annoyed with all the ponies, and thus cause a flame war).
