Well after the recent failure of my previous rocket: I decided to return to the workshop to construct a new extra-atmospherical vehicle (that's a term right?), a quick review of the last rocket's flight path brought me to this conclusion.
I needed more thrust, therefore I need more engines.

The parachute safety precautions failed.
