I think he did it intentionally for the purpose of the screenshot. I do this on occasion when capturing a picture of my desktop; having certain things open to pique people's interest with random easter eggs.

There's probably nothing in those folders, it's likely that he made those just to screw with people (If those folders really contained what they were labelled as, then he'd have my attention...)
