In my case AB will remain disabled for this site then, I prefer to "contribute" to this site (I don't know if that really helps you, but I hope so xD)

This. After releasing v0.7 the traffic on the site increased so much that I had to move to a more expensive hosting service (again).
The ads will look a bit weird for a day or two, because they are some sort "test ads" used by the ad network to determine how much and what kind of traffic a site is getting, and what kind of actual ads should be displayed on the site.
Anyway, if you find the ads too obtrusive, you can always use AdBlock.
