Right... so summer has finally arrived here in Germany. But in the worst possible way...
I'm currently being roasted/boiled alive at 40 °Celsius or 104° Fahrenheit... and those are the stats taken while in the shadows.

My dog fell asleep in the sun by accident and was knocked out completely. My father and I had to carry a 35kg dog inside and then treat him with lots and lots of cold water and ice cubes.
Ive been seated in front of my fan for the past... uh... 3-4 hours now and it just struck 1pm. I dare not leave my house in the afternoon. The air outside is just dry and heavy, and you feel as if it were difficult to breathe.


How are things were YOU live? Are you also suffering where you currently are?

I was slightly worried there with the thread title.

Where I live, the weather is rather mellow despite it being summer. There's actually been a few days this week where it's been completely overcast.

It's 26-30 Celsius in Lithuania. It's pretty not very hot here. There's many clouds, didn't get any sunburns!

Also, I was worried about the thread title, too. Poor Serimah's dog. Hope he gets well soon! :3

Yeah, if you look to the left you can see Germany too so.. It is Hot but now i cannot understand why everybody complain about it so quick because it was cold and snowy before the sun came. Now i enjoy the weather now. I do not know what is coming next. The end of the world that we being roasted or frosted ;D

Oh and I'm sorry for your Dog. Hope he will be fine.

You guys are lucky bastards though. I don't mind proper summer weather, but if it exceeds certain limits it's just ... well.
The grass in our garden is starting to dry out and turn brown. People are starting to faint while they're outside doing farmwork around here.
Dry heat = bleh

My dog is getting better. He needs tons of fluids and I still cool him down with wet towels and ice cubes but he's improving.
