Yep, its stand alone now. It should cost money honestly. The game is one of, if not the best survival horror game I've ever played. Its one of my favorite games period. The devs deserve some money for it.

Please don't copy Evil. Although, it was pretty fun to look at, it wasn't scary in the slightest.

Some of the games you guys presented requires things like Half-Life 2 or engine or whatever. I saw Cry Of Fear and I want to play it so bad. But probably not anytime soon. Thanks anyways though.
p.s. Forgot to mention I lack those requirements

Cry of fear is stand alone now. You don't need anything to play it, not even HL.
