Oh it's definitely enjoyable in every sense. But it severely lacks in the story department. Oblivion had you more involved, at least me.
And let's not even get to Morrowind.
Fuck, I'm sounding like a hipster.
Skyrim IS good, very good. But gamers familiar with the older Elder Scrolls games do notice certain things.
Although I'm also a bit sour that there will be no more official DLCs....*sulk*

The game itself is good, but there are a lot of things that kinda mess it up. One being the story, which is as cliched as it gets, and other being the combat, which is pretty bad in my opinion. But since the game has more than a year, you will most likely get it at a cheap price, so you should get your money's worth.

Well I'd get oblivion and morrowind for a fraction of the price instead. If you haven't played them
... you need to. If you do get skyrim, which is in my opinion the weakest elderscrolls since Daggerfall. You should get it for pc. But its still an amazing game in its own right, its just not as good as oblivion and morrowind. Hell, jusy get all three and don't go outside for 9 months

I'm not sure if I'll be getting that or not... I LOVED the GameCube AC, DS AC was meh, never played Wii version.
But on topic, are you going to be getting Skyrim? If not, another AMAZING game you could get would be The Last of Us.
