I'm thinking of getting Skyrim tomorrow and I want to know if it's as good as people say it is, would any of you recommend it to me who is a fan of sandbox RPGs?

Skyrim is an amazing game, and don't let any other person tell you otherwise.

It is a good game, and it will definitely give you a lot to do. If you're like me, the beginning of the game would end up being messed up with everyone hating you so much that it is comical (Bounties... bounties everywhere).

Is there a Starbucks nearby? I haven't seen this many hipsters in one place.

Not to mention the addictive gameplay, amazing storyline, and outrageous customization/moddability.

With a little tinkering, you can get the game to look like this.

I need no graphics mods to make me depressed that such a world doesn't exist, I need a twilight sparkle horse mod...

I never plan on getting a Playstation, but one of my friends brings his over whenever he stays the night at my house, and I'll say that if I somehow did end up with a PS someday, Skyrim'd be one of the first games I'd grab. :3
Along with 'The Last of Us' and 'Journey'...
