Yes, it was from MGS 1, but it also appeared in MGS 4 when you arrive at the nuclear wahread disposal facility on shadow moses

I loved the soundtrack in Alan Wake. Difficult game, but it had a very good story. The final boss battle was disappointingly easy, though. A few shots from the flare gun, and that fucker went down.
