Normally, one is considered an adult at 18 or over (In the UK, at least).

In a biological sense, an adult refers to anyone who is of reproductive age, which can be as early as 14 or 15.

I'm like over 16. They lied to me about one thing then.

I got 100 when I started to read them. In first test I didn't read them, just clicked fast to them and didn't care. Now it changed when I read all of them questions before I answered.

IQ Tests vary so heavily they're just not reliable. Just because you have 81 in one category that doesn't mean you can't get 120 in the next.
Those online tests are only after E-Mail addresses anyway. In most cases.
