No, Tech Sergeant. A Sergeant is a commissioned officer. Tech sergeants are non commissioned.
Also, is tech sergeant even in the army ranking system? All I know is Air Force ranks.

Actually looked up ranks, been two years since I've done that. Er... Sergeant for the US Army is still very low, but acceptable. Still, Eko needs to hurry his arse up.
