Plot summary:

From the creators of Amnesia: The Dark Descent and Dear Esther comes a new first-person horrorgame that will drag you to the depths of greed, power and madness. It will bury its snout into your ribs and it will eat your heart.

The year is 1899

Wealthy industrialist Oswald Mandus awakes in his bed, wracked with fever and haunted by dreams of a dark and hellish engine. Tortured by visions of a disastrous expedition to Mexico, broken on the failing dreams of an industrial utopia, wracked with guilt and tropical disease, he wakes into a nightmare. The house is silent, the ground beneath him shaking at the will of some infernal machine: all he knows is that his children are in grave peril, and it is up to him to save them.

Woot! I will most probably get this game. Haven't really played the dark descent, but I have played 'Dear Esther' which was great!

I just pre-ordered the game today. Looks wonderful.
Since my family is having a garage sale, I'm gonna try to earn enough money to buy The Dark Decent and a new headset. Having three computers in my closet should make it easy. Heh.

I'm personally going to save up to preorder Batman: Arkham Origins. Or wait for my birthday so someone will preorder it for me or at least give me enough money to preorder it. I'll buy A Machine For Pigs sometime after that.

Also, come to think of it, what the hell did my family do with all of my old computers?

I don't even have the balls to play the dark descent demo :/

The humble weekly sale is giving the dark descent away for $2 along with some other games.

This better be a worthy sequel to TDD. I don't blame them for the several delays on releasing it, I think I can relate.
