PS: Make sure you didn't counted the AM, first thing I did was that, counted the PST AM and not PM
EDIT: using this one http://www.thetimezoneconverter.com/, it says that in 12:00 PM it will be 16:00 PM here, it means, 4:00PM, so do it at 12 PM then

For me, 6:00 pm PST is 8:00 pm EST. As long as it's on Friday or Saturday, I should be able to join.

Well the stream may start between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM now, so yeh, you should be able to once you get home from school.

Oh, ok. Also, just checked, it's not a 2 hour difference, it's 3 hours, so that's 3-5 pm EST. I get home around 2:30, so that's good.
