Although, seconds later, a group of other researchers entered the chamber and found a pool of blood forming under SCP-914. Later they reported to Dr. Maynard that they found Researcher Exomus's mangled corpse in-between a few cogs on SCP-914.

12:32 PM: Doctor Imperfect added a Remnant of "Bonzi Buddy", a Spyware program, into SCP-914's Intake booth. Setting put to Very Fine. Key turned.
12:34 PM: After Two (2) minutes, SCP-914 has become unresponsive. Personnel evacuated.
12:39 PM: After Five (5) minutes, SCP-914's Output booth opened. A large, purple, cavemen-like beast (now classified as SCP-[EXPUNGED] temporarily) has started roaring. Doctor Connor Syphentotics still in SCP-914's Containment Chamber, doors magnetically sealed. Camera tapes show being knocked down by Dr. Maynard and doors shut on lock down.
12:45 PM: All human life signs stopped after the minute SCP-[REDACTED] came out the Output booth. Mobile Task Force Omega-Seven (7) quickly rejoined and cleaned up the mess.
12:50 PM: Doctor Connor Syphentotics' body found pinned up against the wall of SCP-914's Containment Chamber. Massive blood loss, Body Torn in half. Confirmed Dead.
10:20 PM: Doctor Connor Syphentotics' body incinerated, given honorable standby. Items saved. Sabrina Syphentotics now in-charge of Connor Syphentotics' belongings, and ranks.
End Log.
Dr. Maynard has been found and terminated. ANY deaths caused by SCP-914 or any Doctor's IGNORANCE to keep the safety of other personnel will have consequences. Researcher/Doctor available in this responsibility will be terminated. ~Site Director Rosenburg.
