It is pretty amazing.

But yeah, I just stumbled across metal while finding some Doom soundtrack. I think the first song I listened to was South of Heaven by Slayer or Alice in Chains' Them Bones. I haven't listened to AiC in a while, I'm just sticking with Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax until I stop being lazy.
