Spongebob Squarepants sucks, Red Mist/Squidward's Suicide is better (even though they are based on SBSP)

Adventure Time and Regular Show are good.
Flapjack still remains as a creepiest cartoon.
Don't know anything about the newer cartoons, they honestly are terrible. (Aswell as Amazing World Of Gumball)

Wacky Races wasn't from the 00s.
Unless I misread what you said.
But at least Wacky Races was pretty awesome, Unlike Chowder or Flapjack.
