My first game? Sims 1 when I was 6. I barely knew how to play and usually trapped my sims in mazes and weird ass designed houses.

But of-course they always knew how to get out and I accidentally killed the sims sometimes.
I still have the game and every expansion pack, might install them if I clear some memory space.

Eh, close tie between Mortal Kombat 3, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, and BattleToads & Double Dragon. Also Starcraft 1.
Those were the first videogames I played, all tried same day didn't know which I did first.

Also not a coincidence I have all those games installed or on an emulator.

My first game was Luigi's Mansion. Gosh, those were the days. I remember that I could never play it by myself because it was 2spoopy4me so I got either my dad or my brother to play for me. The second game is Super Mario World, one of my favorite games of all time.

I don't remember exactly, but I know the first taste of gaming I had was on my old, now half dead PS1, despite us owning a Sega Megadrive at the time too. The only games I had at the time that I remember were Return Fire, Toca Touring Cars and I think Spyro 3, so one of them. Still have all three.
