Help with sound editing (THIS POST HAS BREAKING BAD SPOILS)

Basically, I need help ripping unwanted sounds from a file. Like in the example shown below, gunshot noises, voices, etc. I just need a basic pointer on how to rid the sounds (or even better, someone give it a shot so I don't fuck it up.
