If you are talking about valve, probably never. You might however get episode 4, because in the valvian scriptures, it shows that the number 3 is the devil, and thus they want nothing to do with it because of their religion. Also apparently Gabe save them from some famine caused by cotton candy. The valve religion is extremely weird.

Awesomeguy, what's your favorite resident evil movie/game?
I personally think in Exploration IV they sent an MTF team down there and ended up awakening the monster down there.
