That.... That isn't how epileptic seizures work.

Flashing strobe lights in someone's face is decent grounds for annoying them or giving them a headache, not a seizure. Strobe lights, or any similar frequency light flashes, will give you a seizure only if you have photosensitive epilepsy; which I'd hazard a guess, 106 probably doesn't suffer from.
