Any one here know how to mod BF2? For weapons unlock?

I've been trying for about a week to figure out how to unlock the weapons without playing online in Battlefield 2. I don't have an online account and I think the servers are shutdown now. I only want to unlock the weapons locally. I have version
1.1.255.0 It is the disk version. I tried to use a BF2 weapon unlocker for my current version and it said "Not installed in default directory or something.
