Honestly, $20 is way too much for what seems to be the same game released in 2012 only with updated graphics. I mean, that's the same price as Half-Life 1 and 2 combined.
Edit: Been looking at some gameplay. There does at least seem to be quite a number of improvements to the game compared to the 2012 release (Movement speed is increased, guard and HECU voice acting is much better, better weapon feedback, improved vortigaunt AI, significantly improved colour palette...), but I still think it's not worth $20.
