Even more so if you look at the bowtie as a little ribbon on top of its stomach-head.
Also the bowtie looks pink to me even though it's probably supposed to be purple.

If you look close enough, it looks like it has eyes also. So maybe it has no head. A little like SMB (super meat boy) who has his face on his body.
