This really is a shame. I thought it was a joke at first, but wow. Died at 55 years old, it seems like it came out of no where. Really sad though that it had to be after the really bad reception this years Nintendo Direct conference received. Rest in peace, Iwata, you left behind a great legacy.

It's hard to accept that this happened, having this man pass away too soon. He has created so many games that we love so much and changed the way he play video games. Left one hell of a mark in gaming history.
