The version you see in the video is not the original. The original had no gore in it (and I think it had color) and had no viruses. This version is by some chump in his moms basement or something.

Yeah, you're correct. The original game was actually never distributed, Obscure Horror Corner played the game on his channel and claimed he got it off the deep web, however the link he provided wasn't a real deep web link. Later some person on 4chan made a clone of the game and claimed it was the one OHC played.

I might be incorrect on some parts of the backstory...

Unfortunately I've not seen Obscure Horror Corner, so I wouldn't know.. Although 4chan does tend to be a source of the worst ideas/events ever, but maybe the chump in question was the one to create the clone.
