For some its not so easy to ignore a blatent annoyance. Now still this is a good simple guide, just keep in mind that not everyone has the patience of a saint.

Maybe WhiteAce-Sensei can teach everyone patience, it doesn't take a saint to learn I have never been a nice person, I have my hissy fits and what not.
