Really, the only advice you can take is, "think about what you are posting". Otherwise, you haven't done anything severe. Even so, if everyone else hates you, know that I don't.

Wait a minute, people use those lists? I learn something new everyday.

Anyways, yeah, there's not much to feel bad about, just some bad posting habits. Just give a bit more thought on your posts, remember the forum rules, and you should be fine.
