Forgive me for being a retard, but what is illness Morbus Addison?
That illness prevents your body from producing a certain hormone. It's a bit like diabetes if you will as the dosage depends on physical activity among other things.
If the dosage is too low I risk kidney failure (again. bleh) Still, less complicated than dialysis.

It's tolerable once you get used to it. People with diabetes also live normal lives :)
Just the dialysis is annoying and tiring, but even that is better than being deathly ill and stuck in hospital 24/7.
