I found this in the log of anomalous items:

Item Description: A white cotton-and-polyester t-shirt bearing the words 'SCP: SECURE CONTAIN PROTECT" on the front, and a crude but recognizable cartoon of SCP-173 on the back, with the caption "SCP-173: DON'T BLINK". Aside from the security breach it represents, the item has no anomalous properties.
Current Status: In storage.
Date of Recovery: ██-██-20██
Location of Recovery: █████████ Thrift Store, New York City, New York

I like the idea of an official SCP Facility shirt.
I threw one together rather quickly:

As you can see, it's heavily influenced by the D-class personnel's clothing. To spread the word, the website "SCPCBGame.com" is listed right underneath the logo.
I also approve of the 173 shirt that says "Don't Blink", though I'm not quite the artist, so I'll pass on trying to create that.

I must say though, great work.

I have the design saved on multiple layers, so I can change the fabric color very easily.

Danebob, those look amazing. I checked it out, if you have orders of 6 or more, you can get alot more stuff.
Maybe you should order like 20 and sell them via the net with Regalis' permission. Although, read this:
"Use personalized Names & Numbers for projects like team jerseys where you need a unique name and/or number for each item."
Maybe each shirt could have an individual Class-D Number? Make it special.
Also, if you have 6+, then you could order sleeve prints, maybe put white lines down the side like the jumpsuits seen in 'The Statue' animation on Youtube.
