So, I'm trying to make a mod where [REDACTED], but I can't find the source code to change the models around and stuff. I changed textures and sound. All I need is to change some models.

Press Ctrl+F, look for "b3d" (to change the meshes), "AnimTime" and "Animate2" (to change the animation frames).

I know how to do this part, but I can't find SCP-087-B's source code file itself.

When did you download the game? Re-download it.
