The story is kinda generic, I fixed it but you don't have to use my fixed version:

You play as Dr. Caleb, 30 year old Caucasian male in Omega Research Facility. You work in the 11th ground office. Near your quarters, a doctor assistant works with you. Designated Dr. Cloud, a 54 year old Caucasian male. In 1983, February 13, Dr. Cloud bought a bunch of dogs and went insane after making strange liquid with the dogs body fluids, in which three days later he found out he had a disease that could not be cured that would kill him in a few months, after inventing strange machinery, Dr. Cloud and his dogs disappeared. Dr. Basewell said that he saw Dr. Cloud entering the Basement five days before his disappearance, Dr. Caleb went to Basement 440B to investigate what happened.
