I decided to write a ton of code that checks if the player will spawn in a valid location after quickloading and tries its best to correct the player's position so they can't fall through the floor.
If the player falls into the void for any reason other than quickloading, the game will teleport them to the last valid position they had.

Updated because rooms.ini had to be modified for this fix to work.
