WE NEED A VOICE ACTOR FOR RAINBOW! MAN UP DESTRUCTOID!

I think, for a voice actor for RD, we need a female to do it. Yes, the voice will be low and growly, but there is a very clear difference in a growly male voice and growly female voice.

Just give her something closer to her regular voice, having low growly voices for bad guys is just annoyingly cliche, I mean...aren't we allowed to have things like 682 speak in a posh British accent?

Hm, I suppose it is a bit cliché, though I personally like it.

I guess a regular RD voice would work well too, though I'd imagine it to be a bit deeper (not anything incredibly significant though, more along the lines where you can just notice it).
(Also, British 682 sounds awesome.)

Yeah, I wouldn't mind it being slightly deeper, just not to the point that it's all growly.

Maybe a subtle reverb/delay effect aswell.

A regular RD voice, labored, sounds good considering she's been corrupted.
