As I promised, my version of the story. The changeling army decides to re-invade canterlot after infiltrating and taking down the south kingdom (fictional location, no need to explain.) When they arrive, the mane 6 tries to use the Elements of Harmony but fail. The resulting explosion injures Chrysalis and inverts the element's powers, making the Mane 6 and some other characters dangerous and crazy. At the same time in our world, Dr. Bright decides to play with SCP-9341 and gets himself in Equestria. He acquaints himself with the LTF foundation, which is the SCP foundation's equestrian counterpart. The Mane 6 are contained in the site the game takes place at by order of Princess Celestia to be reformed by the scientists, as the Elements are fused to them and are needed to fight the changelings. By the events of the game, the scientists devised a dangerous and painful process only known as "extraction" to seperate the elements from the holder and reform the holder. The scientists ended up successfully doing this to Rarity and Applejack before a botched procedure nearly caused Rainbow Dash to breach containment. (think procedure 110 montauk-ish.) Because of the low rate of success and extremity of the procedure, Celestia orders the scientists to research other methods of reforming the Mane 6. The game starts when they're testing Pinkie Pie's abilities, and Discord breaks free. (for convenience of story, Discord should have either been corrupted too or be evil again.)

How this like it?

I like it, it gives a somewhat valid reason as to why they all started going crazy and also takes into account that Dr. Bright is now in Equestria, but why did the extraction procedure work on AJ and Rarity? It would be better if we just left them there and probably add them later when more SCPs are added into the game. Besides that, I like this story, I'll have to check it over with the other story writers to see if they agree.

I'm digging the revised back-story. I like how it was Dr. Bright who devised extraction, but the dramatic capitalization and un necessary 'The' are a little cheesy. The part about telepathic communication feels tacked on. Also, re-add the description of SCP-9341. Other than those, nice.

The only reason I capitalized the The was because it makes it seem a bit more proper, also the telepathic thing is mainly there as a plot device we might use later, I might change it later, and I won't re-add SCP-9341's doc because it might be used later in the mod.

It's a little cheesy though. The reason for the pleease was to make it more ominous. Now it sounds like something from a.... Kids sho w.
