SCP-173 got in the room via the incineration vent (again, recording explains it) and the mechanics work the same as the room where 173 breaks the glass and comes at your face.
Lastly, SCP-008 is euclid, not keter. Therefore, I put it as euclid, not keter, you see?

Low? How about NO security, and there is a random Level 4 keycard, anyone could come in and nab it, it needs to be behind another Level 4 door.

Where can I find this recording? And you should implement creativity instead of just the glass.

Hmm, first time I saw it it was Keter, must of changed. (Sentence looks wierd, but is grammatically correct.)

No idea. Even the ones ingame are a bit broken; you slide down them.

All these are fixed in next bug patch. I'll probably replace the keycard with something else. Seems stupid to have a level 4 keycard door, then reward the player for unlocking it with another keycard.

Recording isn't in the mod. Like I said, not implemented yet. And what do you mean?
