Wow. My dad is a man's man but he doesn't give a shit whether I like MLP or not. He's fine with me being a brony. My mom doesn't care either. In fact, she enjoyed one episode and likes the songs!

I think what certain people need to understand is that a person's interest doesn't always shape what they are. I watch MLP, a little girls' show, but I'm still a perfectly average guy. I'm not girly or flamboyant or homosexual. And I'm not an obsessive nerd about it either.

Nobody cares on my side, it's not like you're coming out as gay or something. I keep some ponies on my table though.
