When I was drunk I was playing this fucking game all night. I recognize the SCP at 2:02 to be some kind of witch doctor? But which SCP is it? I've never ran across it.

Sometimes i need to know when to stop so i dont get my ass handled

I believe you're talking about SCP 049, he's a plague doctor actually.
