So much yes to Twilight as medic, Fluttershy does not fit the mad scientist character in any way, and I can't really imagine Twilight saying "ah piss" or "wanker is just standing there"

Fluttershy as Heavy, I just find the thought of the most quiet and weak-hearted character carrying around the biggest weapon in the game
